Let's discover the origin of Nami

Thousands of years ago, Muong people set foot for the first time in Kim Boi region, Hoa Binh province to explore the area and settle here. This mineral water source was consumed directly by Kim Boi people for revitalization and quenching their thirst after long hours of farm work. Since then, Kim Boi’s natural mineral water has been appreciated by the local people and conserved as an invaluable gift from Mother Nature. It is considered a treasure of this land and its benefits have been spread by word of mouth through generations of Vietnamese.

At the beginning of the 20th century, French scientists explored and certified the quality, as well as the benefits of Kim Boi’s mineral water. It was proven that this mineral water contained naturally alkaline minerals that were highly health beneficial, especially for bone health and digestive system.

Our dream of a premium mineral water brand of Vietnam had been nurtured since 2009. After a decade of research and development, the brand “Nami - natural mineral water” was officially founded. In Japanese, “Nami” portrays the flow of water. In Sanskrit, “Nami” refers to the positive energy that shifts among people. From such meaning, the brand name “Nami” was chosen, carrying with it the optimism and belief in a wonderful life. In 2021, after completing various researches and testing, Nami water factory is officially brought into operation. By applying German state-of-the-art technology, Nami water is bottled in a strictly closed production following ISO 22000:2018 standards, and containing an optimal amount of alkaline minerals to benefit everyone’s health.
